Adalis believes the success of all projects depends on communication and collaboration. The needs and expectations of all stakeholders must be clearly defined as packaging can affect many parts of a company.

Engaging Adalis for a packaging solution project is a simple process:

1. A phone conversation will determine if Adalis is an appropriate solution to assist your packaging challenges.
2. If appropriate, a mutual non-disclosure agreement will be put into place.
3. An introductory conference, involving all parties will occur.  Providing Adalis with a detailed understanding of the packaging project needs and challenges. (Depending on the nature of the work additional calls may be scheduled.) 
4. A document will be developed and amended to where both parties are in agreement on the scope, deliverables and time lines for the project. (Resource allocation and time lines may also be addressed at this stage.)
5. A final service agreement and/or purchase order, including terms and conditions will be created.  Upon signatures from both parties, project work will commence.
