Consulting Engagement Process

Adalis delivers packaging engineering solutions.  The success of our business is based on establishing and maintaining relationships: packaging professionals and valued clients.  Adalis believes the success of all projects depends upon good communication and collaboration.  The needs and expectations of all stakeholders must be clearly defined as packaging can affect many parts of the company

A specific packaging need of cost reduction initiative is often the catalyst for engaging Adalis.  Engaging Adalis for project work is a simple process:

  1. A brief phone conversation can determine if Adalis is suited to help your packaging situation and if there is a potential fit between our companies.
  2. Often Adalis’ work is dealing with confidential situations and information.  If appropriate, a mutual non-disclosure agreement may be put into place.
  3. An introductory conference call may be scheduled with involved parties.  This provides the opportunity for Adalis to understand the various client and packaging needs and for clients to get a feel for Adalis’ team.  Depending on the nature of the work, additional calls may be scheduled.
  4. Adalis creates a discussion document that will be amended until both the client and Adalis are in agreement to the scope, deliverables and timetables of the project.  Resource allocation and timelines may also be addressed.
  5. A final Service Agreement and or purchase order, including terms and conditions will be created.  Upon signatures for approval, project work commences.

To provide the high quality packaging engineering, Adalis will custom match the engineering team to your specific project and industry to assure that Adalis clients work with the best resources for their individual situation..
